Writing is much like gardening with words. Both endeavors require you to dig deep and have faith that something unique will flourish from your efforts.
This workshop will be led by poet and instructor Carmella de los Angeles Guiol at the Little River Cooperative Farm and will include a hands-on gardening activity followed by a flash writing experience. Farm-fresh snacks will be provided. Please bring sun protection, water, and writing utensils.
Attire: Clothes to get dirty in and closed toed shoes.
All participants will be a given a seedling to take home!
